The FFC Gift Shop was updated recently with new flooring and painted shelves and trim.
We are grateful to our Maintenance Department workers – James Helton, Bruce Allison, and Michael Whitehead - for their steady efforts to refresh our space. With this beautiful new look, we felt it was time for a fresh name: the Convenience Shop.
The Convenience Shop is run by volunteers – your neighbors who live at FFC and give their time to help you have easy access to some of life’s essentials. We thank them for their service and invite you to consider becoming a volunteer!
These are the Convenience Shop salesclerks who volunteer to staff the shop during open hours and help you with your purchases. Back row: Ron Reeves, Sheila Burks, and Sharon McCormac. Front row: Peggy Spohr, Doris Miller, Elizabeth Holmes, Helen Miller (and Tasha), and Kathy Stephen.
The FFC Convenience Shop is located on the first floor of the Main Building across from the front elevators. It is available for all residents, staff, and guests to purchase toiletries, snacks, greeting cards, and other items for personal use.
