Friends Fellowship Community was honored to be chosen as one of two local nonprofits selected to benefit from the 2nd Annual Midwest Sun Protection Golf Outing, held in late April at Richmond Elks Club.
Midwest Sun Protection, recognized, local experts at creating inviting outdoor areas with shade, protection, and cozy heating options, help make the perfect space for family gatherings and relaxing with friends. But their dedication goes beyond great service; they love giving back and we’re so grateful for the way they lift up and connect members of our community.
On July 1, 2025, we welcomed the team from Midwest Sun Protection to Friends Fellowship Community as they presented a generous $3,700 gift in support of The Courtyards, our memory care neighborhood where compassion, dignity, and person-centered care are at the heart of everything we do. The Courtyards is more than just a place to live; it’s a vibrant community where thoughtfully designed spaces, a dedicated team, and programs that embrace families create a true sense of belonging.
